Search and Pay Adams County Traffic Ticket Records
Adams County uses the Judici system for online case search and payment. Judici is a widely used court records platform in Illinois. It has case info for Adams County criminal and civil files going back to 1987. You can look up litigant info, criminal charges, dispositions, sentences, fines, fees, balances, payment history, hearing dates, and case minutes. The system is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Judici offers two features. E-Pay is for making payments on a balance you already owe. Plea and Pay lets you plead guilty to a minor traffic or conservation ticket and pay it in one step. Only tickets that do not require a court appearance are eligible for Plea and Pay. If your ticket says you must appear in court, you cannot use this feature. A convenience fee is charged for all credit and debit card payments. The fee goes to the payment processor, not the Adams County Circuit Clerk.
The Judici FAQ page explains what data is available. Not all court data is public. Juvenile cases, adoption records, and any case impounded by the court are not available through the site. Everything that is public at the courthouse is also on Judici.
